Our machine shop is well-equipped with the latest machine tools for remanufacturing and rebuilding any equipment that requires refurbishing or needs custom modifications to suit your purposes.

Take a look below at some of the custom modifications we've recently made in our newly renovated 18,000 square-foot facility:

In the photos above, we're fitting a Hamilton 500 Gallon Kettle with a double-action scraper-agitator.

We completely refurbished this 20 cubic foot Patterson Kelly V Blender. First, the frame was stripped and the bearings, motors, and drives were removed. Then the base was sandblasted (left), primed, and painted. Next, the shell was completely hand-cleaned, refinished, and polished (center). Then the unit was re-assembled and ready for shipping (right).
