Features all stainless steel food grade construction, twin shafts with angled intermeshing paddle agitators, mixing trough is 48" long x 26" x 22" deep, pneumatically operated tilt to discharge full hinged dump grate with safety interlocks preventing open operation with pneumatic lift and close, 5 horsepower baldor drive lever operated swing out polymer shaft seals, tilt to dump operates from dual palm switches on each side of factory control panel, wired for 440 volt/3 phase service.
