Self contained heated piston filler from manufacturing tank, system includes 5 gallon process tank, 11" diameter x 16" deep, fluid filled electrically heated jacket with built in bayonet heater and recirculating pump, side mounted to tank is 16 mm diameter filling piston with pneumatically operated rotary valve with postion control, piston has adjustable stroke to maximum of 125. 4 mm, piston valve is fed through 15 mm port at bottom of tank, fill piston operates from independant variable speed drive with start and stop indicating switches, vessel has bottom sweep agitator from top mounted drive, two piece loose fitting cover, operator control panel with digital temperature controller, e stop and agitator on/off, mounted on portable scissor lift, system was part of conveyorized indexing system with multiple of these filling systems for which existing controls interfaced with, new controls needed using some of existing system to operate as stand alone unit or integrated with your conveyor system.
