Cake capacity, 16 plates, 1/2" thick & 16 frames 1" thick, mounted in carbon steel frame, manually operated ratcheting screw closure, 1 1/2" in /out two eye, overall dimensions 5' high x 3' wide x 76" long (of which 15" is compression screw), w/ ss drip pan.
