(garwood nj), featuring fully jacketed body manufacturer hydro tested to 30 psig with scrape surface agitator driven by 5 horsepower reliance motor and gear reducer, single motion scraping agitator has built on upward turning ribbon agitator, side and cone bottom hinged nylon scraper blades, apx. 15 rpm agitator speed after reliance 30 to one gear reducer and 4 to 1 bevel gear reduction housed in stainless steel enclosure at top of vessel, 220/440, ph 3 voltage, dome top with multiple inlets (3",1", 1/2" npt), (3" tri clamp), 14. 5" service/loading port with 18" od flat single hinged cover with 4" sight glass and air operated lift and floor level control with connection for valve operated venting feature, 6" center bottom outlet with 8 bolt 11" od flanged connection, includes mating flange with 2" ball valve, 4" bottom side outlet at base of cone with 9" od 8 bolt flanged connection and 3" bottom side outlet in opposed positon with 4 bolt 7. 5" od flanged connection, mounted on four ss interconnected legs, four load cell system by mettler toledo, model 0958, serial # 1114954-1hd including model 0745a, 5000 lb capacity load cells, part # tb600343 (columbus, ohio), post moutned "lynx" controller with digital readout and touch sensitive wash down control pad, electronic digital pressure/vacuum switch is piped and wired to vessel system (last calibrated 3/2014) used to activate vacuum source, vessel shell is 57" id x 36" straight side with 26" deep cone, oad 110" high x 68" diameter plus 5" for load cell. Formerly used in tooth paste manufacturing by branded pharmaceutical manufacturer.
