500 gallon jacketed scraper agitated kettle by cherry burrell, serial# e25191. Features 54" diameter x 48" deep, non rated dimple jacket with polished ss shroud,full angular mount scraper agitator with 3 horsepower drive & gear reducer by eurodrive, 3" center bottom discharge with tri clamp connection & 20" floor clearance port for flush seating temperature probe, mounted on three ss legs with leveling feet. Jacket will not hold pressure and has multiple leaks and one leg of agitator is in retreating fashion. Formerly used for prepared fruits.
