Features two thirds jacket is national board rated (# 25089) for 30 psi @ 300 f steam jacket, 27" diameter kettle x 22" depth x 42" top height with lid closed, hinged single piece lid with lift handle and 70" height when open, insulated - shrouded body, mounted on 3 adjustable legs, 2" center bottom discharge with sanitary tri clamp connection, 115 volt 1 phase 60 cycle control voltage, 100,000 btu/hour max firing rate, vessel shell has slight bottom implosion. Formerly used in cosmetic manufacturing.
