Features all stainless steel kettle with carbon steel jacket, vessel is 48" diameter x 36" depth, jacket orignally rated for 90 psi @ 330 f in 7/59, 2" center bottom discharge with fixed elbow, tri clamp connection and 12" floor clearance, mounted on 3 steel pipe legs with 5" casters, formerly used in flavors industry.
