Features all stainless steel external construction with mild steel under frame, kettle model kdt-6, serial # wt 2311-93-09, jacketed body with national board rated (# 30914) (crn # 04833. 5) for 50 psi service at 298 degrees f, steam is piped through table and enters jacket through hinge, manual tilting vessel is mounted on ss table 33. 5" x 17. 5" x 20" high with pour sink, rotating goose neck faucet piped for hot and cold service, kettle features pour lip and handle mountable in left or right position, oah 36" on adjustable feet. Formerly used in food manufacturing.
