Features all stainless steel food grade construction, nsf approved, mounted on 20" x 23" x 29" high stainless steel table with spill through and drain, faucet port and leveling feet (3 feet have achoring tabs) kettle is steam jacketed and national board rated (54769) for 55 psi @ 325? F, tiling handle with left or right side mounting, pour lip, maximum tilting height @ 32". Formerly used in food ingredient manufacturing.
