Features all stainless steel construction, usda design, nsf stamped, electrically heated liquid filled jacket is national board rated (# 113475) for 50 psi @ 300 degrees f, 240 volt/3 phase/ 60 cycle/12 kw, jacket sight glass, jacket pressure relief port, manual tilting, kettle is side mounted from tilting point, variable temperature control, heat indicator light, mounted on 34" wide x 24" deep floor platform with legs, vessel is 20" diameter x 18" deep with pouring spout. Formerly in food manufacturing.
