Features all stainless steel usda construction, trunion mounted kettle is fully jacketed, national board rated (# 139506) for 125 psi at 353 f, steam inlet and outlet at each trunion, manual tilting from front mounted worm drive crank, pouring lip, side mounted portable clamp type mixer mounting, 2/3 cover with single hinge, two internal temperature wells, top side fill inlet with 1. 5" tri clamp connection, 1. 5" center bottom discharge is fitted for flush seating valve housing, (some parts required), ss factory floor frame. Formerly used in branded cosmetic pilot lab.
