Featuers all stainless steel construction, table top design, nsf stamped, national board rated (# 41213) jacket for 50 psi @ 300 degrees f, fluid filled jacket is electrically heated with variable temperature control, 3. 6 kw, 10" diameter x 10" deep kettle, manually tilting operation with pour spout tilting to 4" from floor, 208 volt/1 phase. Formerly used in food manufacturing.
