Twin table mounted tilting kettles by groen, models tdc/3-10 & tdc/3-20, serial #'s 54638 & 59479. Features twin tilting steam jacketed kettles with 10 and 20 quart capacities mounted on stainless steel table, 3' x 6' x 30" high (minimum height) with threaded leveling legs with 3" travel, vessels are steam jacketed, national board rated (#'s 54638 & 59479) for 55 psi @ 32 to 325 degrees f, pouring spout and tilt handles, each vessel has mounted internal temperture probe operating with independant 16 din digital temperature controllers by omega with solid state relays designed to operate steam solenoid valves, vessels have existing piping through table and were formery used in cosmetic manufacturing.
