Portable 5 gallon pail lift by drum runner material handling, model 3600, serial # 61370. Features 150 lb. To 80" clearance under standard 5 gallon pail in fully tilted position, steel construction and finished in "steel it" coating, mounted on casters with foot pedel lift and lower, hand wheel tilting, counter weighted base, padded push handle, pail cradel had manual binding strap and pail lip catch. Formerly used in personal care manufacturing.
