Features all stainless steel food grade construction, 72" diameter x 52" straight side, dimple jacketed, shrouded and insulated cone bottom, 24" deep and factory rated for 108 psi on 20. 5 sq ft jacketed surface, jacket has two 1. 5" tri clamp connections, 4" center bottom discharge with tri clamp connection and 11" floor clearance, total height 102", dish top with 18" manway with hinged gasketed cover, 14 top inlets, 6-3", 4-2. 5", 1-2", 1-1. 5" and 2 4" with tri clamp connections, 1 flush seating temperature probe on cone and 1 bottom side temperature well. Formerly used in food manufacturing.
