15 gallon pharmaceutical grade pressure tank by j. V. Northwest inc., serial # 20736. All stainless steel pharmaceutical grade construction, national board rated shell (# 989) for 30 psi @ 200f, dish bottom with 2" center bottom outlet @ 18" floor clearance plus reducer to butterfly valve, slight dish top with 8" port, swing mounted cover and tri clamp closure ring, four top inlets 3-2", 1-1. 5" all with tri clamp connections, vessel is 16" diameter x 18" straight side, mounted on four out rigged legs with casters. Formerly in pharamceutical pilot lab.
