1500 gallon fully jacketed vertical scrape agitated mixing tank with closed top and slight cone bottom, 76" id x 78" straight side, fully coil jacketed side walls and cone bottom with stainless steel shrouding, jacket has been tested at 20 psi, full scraping agitator with hinged polymer scrapers along vertical walls with facilities for additional scrapers on cone bottom, agitator is drives by reeves variable speed drive, apx 7. 5 horsepower, 230/460 3 phase, 18. 4/9. 2 amps, hanging mounting for adjustable baffle, dish top with 18" manway, hinged, gasketed dome cover, 3-3" top inlet with tri clamp and acme threaded bevel seat connections, 2" threaded port with vent cap, 3/4 sleeve opening with straight conneciton, two opposiing lift lugs, 186" total height, 3" center bottom outlet with plug valve, three internal temperature wells, 1. 5" side bottom connection at bottom of straight wall above cone, shroud has bottom condensate drain, mounted on 5 interconnected legs with threaded leveling feet.
