225 gallon, stainless steel, open top sanitary jacketedtank by wil flo, (charlevoix mich.) serial # 9041. Features 1/2 side wall and bottom dimple style jacket, 38" diameter x 46" deep, flatsloped bottom to 2" discharge with acme threaded connection, national board rated jacket (# 373) for 150 psi @ 400 f., (1965), three hip sockets for legs, fitted for side entering agitator which has been plugged. Formerly used in food ingredients.
